Morecambe and Wise comedy TV moments include a lot of physical movement and dance routines but none became as popular as the Morecambe and Wise dance which ended numerous TV and stage shows. Morecambe and Wise on television became popular when they took their stage act from the theatre and replayed it “warts and all” just like they had done for years on variety shows as a variety act touring the country.
