Inspired by Morecambe Bay where my dad Eric Morecambe was born and where the name Eric MORECAMBE comes from. As you perhaps already know my dad’s real name was Eric Bartholomew and Ernie Wise’s real name was Ernie Wiseman. Bartholomew and Wiseman was considered to be a rather poor show business name and better suited to an accounting or law firm so “Morecambe and Wise” were born!
